On Wednesday 10^th December 2014 in London we look forward to welcoming back Dr Alan Watkins for “Inside out Leadership”.

After the extraordinary response we received to Alan’s conference appearance in 2013, Benchmark for Business, in partnership with Complete Coherence, is developing a specially designed executive MasterClass for leaders and senior managers based on Alan’s latest ground-breaking thinking on values and rectifying “cultural confusion” within organisations.

In a day of inspirational self-discovery, each delegate will have the opportunity to complete their own Leadership Values Profile and learn why values tensions, not personality clashes, are the root of most team battles. Whilst the content will be entirely new, Alan’s extraordinary skills as one of the world’s most engaging communicators will once again be to the fore.
