We're delighted to notify you of our "Leading Change and Human-centred Innovation" spring conference at The Caledonian Club in London on Tuesday 2nd April 2019. Please save the date in your diary for what promises to be another absorbing day of inspirational learning in the company of our two speakers, Adam Billing and Chris Nel.
In the morning sessions Adam will explain how 'Design Thinking' (human-centred innovation) starts with understanding people, and applies creative tools such as visualisation, storytelling, rapid prototyping and experimentation to consistently generate more innovative solutions to both strategic as well as day-to-day challenges. You'll also learn how to scale a culture of innovation by engaging your people en masse.
Then after lunch, Chris's ideas on leading change place performance improvement at the core. As well as creating an appetite for change, Chris's approach stimulates and provokes leaders to develop themselves – building their confidence and ability. In a fast-moving and interactive presentation, you'll learn about the causes of barriers associated with behaviour change, how to ensure improvements are sustainable, and to develop collaborative goals and co-operative relationships with colleagues; the keys that unlock support for your projects.
