How to join Visionaries the Benchmark Executive Club

Membership of Visionaries allows organisations to purchase 'credits' at specially discounted rates that may be redeemed for conference places (one credit for one place).

The credits may be used for any Benchmark for Business (BfB) conference during the membership period of twelve months. Memberships may commence at any time throughout the year. BfB will stage four conferences within the membership period (in March, June, September and December). Each conference will have a full-day format and delegates will be provided with lunch and refreshments throughout the day. New conferences are announced on a regular and on-going basis.

When registering delegates, members are requested to provide BfB with the delegates' names, company names and email addresses for e-ticketing and badging purposes. BfB can accept registrations at any time prior to a conference. Cancellation of registrations is permitted without forfeiting the credit provided BfB is informed of cancellations by email at least seven days prior to the relevant conference. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to the conference and ‘no-shows’ will result in the credit being forfeited. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time at no additional cost.

Two weeks prior to each conference, prospective delegates will receive an e-ticket and joining instructions. ‘Last-minute’ registrations are accepted, and in such cases BfB will endeavour to email the relevant e-tickets and joining instructions prior to the event. After each conference, delegates will receive an email summary of the speakers' presentations and the speakers' slides (subject to the speakers' permission) as an aide-memoire for the day's proceedings.

At regular intervals BfB will provide the member with a 'Usage Statement' describing their account activity. The membership fee is payable at the start of the membership period.

Refunds are not available for unused credits at the end of the membership period. However if members have not used their full allocation of credits, they may carry over up to 20% of the original allocation at no extra cost into a membership renewal provided the renewal is confirmed prior to the expiry of the current membership.
